is an Absurd Energetic Journey of continuous transformation exploring high physicality, using theatrical and comedy elements to both engage and provoke the audience.
It explores the bizarre relationships of two very particular characters. It is an unbalanced and destructive bond determined by their Egos. The constant shift of power within the pair will lead the audience into an unexpected and surreal run.
Only realizing that what they need is not what they want they will come to terms with each other and be reconciled.

SPUN
is an intimate search for identity which develops shoulder to shoulder with the notion of Love and its place in life.We travel in time through youth to adulthood, from a material condition to a more spiritual, spinning from one state of mind to another.Sensitivity, vulnerability and even hurt become apparent through the sundry texturing of this solo. Even for someone who inhabits his sensuality and will with such ease, love is just as complex. It is not a journey of discovery but one of remembrance.
Like sound I expand naturally, spontaneously, fulfilling my potential
I get lost in aspects that do not belong to me but they leave space
Understanding defines my silhouette in the shadow
a fresh conscience of myself
I will often return to the source, remembering myself along the way

CARRY ON TRIPPING
… TRIP- walk or dance with quick or light steps,(of rhythm) run lightly; (often with up) stumble or cause to stumble, make slip or blunder; (with up) detect(person) in blunder; take a trip to a place; colloq. Have visionary experience caused by drug; release(part of machine) suddenly by knocking asidecatch etc. journey or excursion, esp. for pleasure; stumble or blunder, nimble step;tripping or being tripped up.
With “Carry on Tripping”(2008), Meneghini started to explore and pursue his own choreographic language. This duet was created and performed in collaboration with dancer Elisabetta D`Aloia without funding, other than in-kind support from Northern School of Contemporary Dance, The University of Leeds and Opera North.
“Spun”, a short contemporary dance solo followed at the beginning of 2009, supported by Arts Council England and Yorkshire Dance. This was the second collaboration with musicians George Rodosthenous, lecturer in music theatre at university of Leeds and Doctor Demetris Zavros, ex PHD student in music theatre at Leeds University.
Work in Progress “Hero” has been supported by Arts Council England in September 2010. The work also includes the creation of a short dance film in collaboration with Film Artist Andy Wood.
